Biography

From Montserrat, the Goombay Dance Band were built around husband and wife Oliver and Alicia Bendt. The hit was recorded (and first a hit) in Germany and they followed it with a reissue of their first UK single Sun Of Jamaica, but sadly for them they failed to become the new Boney M.
